You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using createtodo, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
- You must notify us promptly at support@createtodo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

4. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service (“Your Content”), including todos, comments, projects, and attachments.

- We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.
- You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed by Polar.sh. By subscribing, you also agree to Polar.sh’s terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Service Availability
- We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
- We are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Frosa and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
8. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from within the Service. See our Data Retention Policy for details on what happens to your data.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
