Archive & trash
Finished work stays browsable in the archive; deleted todos are recoverable from the trash.
createtodo never makes you choose between a tidy list and losing history. Finished work moves out of the way but stays browsable; deletions are soft and reversible.
Archive
The archive holds completed todos, keeping day-to-day lists focused on what’s left while your history remains searchable. Open it with G then A, or through the command palette.
Trash
Deleting a todo (⌘ ⌫) moves it to the trash rather than destroying it. Open the trash with G then T to browse or restore deleted todos — including ones an agent removed on your behalf.
Undo
For everything else, ⌘ Z undoes your last change and ⌘ ⇧ Z redoes it. Between undo, the trash, and the archive, it is hard to genuinely lose work in createtodo.
