Status & priority

Status & priority

Track where each todo stands and what deserves attention first.

Status

Every todo moves through workflow states — from open, through started, to done. Status is what powers the app’s progress indicators, and it is the language shared with agents: when an agent claims a todo it moves to started, and closing it marks it done.

Completed work doesn’t clutter your lists forever — finished todos move to the archive, where they stay browsable.

Priority

Priority marks what deserves attention first: urgent, high, medium, low, or none. Each level has its own glyph in the list, so a scan shows you where the fire is. Set priority from the todo’s property bar, its context menu, or when creating it.

Due dates

Todos can carry a due date, set from a calendar with quick presets for common choices (today, tomorrow, next week). Approaching and overdue dates are flagged visibly in the list, so deadlines surface on their own — no separate view to remember to check.
