Lists
Organize todos into lists — one per project, area, or client — and shape how each one is displayed.
Lists are how a workspace is divided. Keep one list for everything or one per project — lists are cheap to create and easy to move between.
Creating and editing
- L creates a new list
- E edits the open list
- D sets the open list as your default — the one the app opens to
- ⌘ ⌫ deletes the open list
Navigate between lists with ↑/↓ (or j/k), or jump to any list by name from the command palette.
Shaping the view
Each list can be displayed the way its content deserves:
- Group by clusters todos by properties such as status or priority, with section headers you can collapse
- Sort order controls ordering inside the list or its groups
- Filter (⌘ F) narrows the list to matching todos as you type
Reordering is drag & drop — grab a todo and place it where it belongs.
Progress at a glance
Lists show a progress indicator summarizing how much of the work inside is done, so a scan of your lists tells you where things stand without opening anything.
